MyGP: Brook Green now available on iTunes

27 September 2013

DigitalStitch are pleased to announce the release of our primary care platform MyGP. Working with Brook Green Medical Centre in London we have developed an app that we think will really help patients using primary care. Using the app, patients can;

- Find out more about the different services provided at Brook Green
- Access appointment booking and repeat prescription services through your phone (an account is required)
-Search and rate local health services including hospitals, pharmacies and dentists
-Keep a record of blood pressure and blood sugar readings
-Receive updates and information from Brook Green Medical Centre

Primary care practices have been slow to develop apps due to the costs inherent in their development. Me have developed a platform that can be easily customised for different GP practices. If you want to find out more get in touch with us

HealthNews now available on android

7 September 2013

DigitalStitch have previously only released apps running on iOS (for users of apple devices). Recognising that many people who would benefit from mHealth now use hardware that runs on the android operating system, we are now able to work on apps for non-apple enthusiasts. We have just released HealthNews on the Google Play store. You can check it out here. We certainly found the review process at Google Play easier than the App Store! From submission to release took less than 24 hours.
